Loyal to Lithia I just bought another car from Lithia Nissan in Medford. In 1999 I bought my Quest mini van that served me well until just a few years ago when I sol I just bought another car from Lithia Nissan in Medford. In 1999 I bought my Quest mini van that served me well until just a few years ago when I sold it. The sales people and servicing of my van was excellent. It never broke down through the entire 238 thousand miles I drove it, and I drove it hard hauling my son and his friends up dirt and pot-holed roads to mountain bike, Up Mt. Ashland for skiing, etc.. Regular maintenance and replacing the axel three times because of how I drove it were it! So, of course, after that experience I trusted Lithia. I then bought my daughter a new Honda Civic from Lithia Honda in Medford and that was an excellent experience. I leased a Honda CRV from Lithia and while that experience was excellent and the CRV was a very reliabel and wonderful SRV, I wanted something more sport, so I now have a Nissan Juke that I got from Lithia Nissan in Medford with the help of Brittany Maxwell, Sales Rep. The service by her and the entire staff was efficient, thorough, friendly and honest. I love my Juke -- it is a blast to drive and it's also practical. So, as far as buying a new or used car I am sticking with Lithia. They are excellent and have enjoyable non- presuring attitudes but knowledgable. More

Extremely helpful in a pinch Altima's radiator cap blew off (likely due to poor previous service in Portland) on the way to Crater Lake for the weekend. Jacob and team helped us out first thing the next morning with replacement cap and coolant in addition to cleaning up the engine block and making sure nothing else was awry.
