My wife and I were in the market for a newer cross-over becaus Well it's been a fight to get myself into a large dealership with any amount of faith. My wife and I were in the market for a newer cross-over because we didn't need the family van anymore. So on a referral from a friend and a name to go with, Tony, we ventured into Lithia Nissan. Tony found the car and year and the price we wanted while I was at work and had us approved. The 2009 Chevy Traverse was located near Portland and had the car driven down without charge. Once we had the car we lost the transmission within an hour. Please keep reading this, don't stop here. Lithia Nissan took the car back and offered me out of the loan and commitment to the car. They even offered our down payment back to let us get on with another car hunt. I decided to give them the option to find us another one, and once again they found the same car with less miles and more options for the original loan price. SUPER! Not only did I get a nicer car, but I got it for the agreed price and wasn't pushed to spend more money. Tony and his team had the new car in town within a day, detailed, paperwork redone and ready to sign, and a full tank of gas. Even with a slight bump in the road the team at Lithia Nissan went above and beyond the call of duty to find a supreme deal and a dependable car for my wife and kids. I went into the Nissan store in Medford where I was greeted by Brian, he showed me the newest models r I recently looked into purchasing a new Altima. I went into the Nissan store in Medford where I was greeted by Brian, he showed me the newest models ranging from lower end to high end.. He was EXTREMLY knowledgable, helpful, and patient. I completly fell in love with the vehicle but at this time the higher end vehicle was not in my price frame, Brian was too kind he tried so hard to make it work, I definitely will be back to purchase my dream car in a couple months!
