Their work is way cheaper than in California and I used to be closer to Medford. One time I drove hours to come up and then drove back. I know they are telling the truth when they say I need something done. If I am elsewhere, I call them to check if I need something I'm told I need. They tell me what I need in the future so when I hear it elsewhere I get it done. I was coming through Grants Pass from the coast and stayed in a motel to get it checked out and I got the work done. I'm a retired single woman who travels. All the employees seem new from those I last knew but it seems fine. I miss being driven to the movies at the old location while waiting. More

Working with Terry was like working with a brother or uncle -- the focus was on education and helping us find the right configuration rather than trying to sell us something. Richard Parker was also helpful during a quick lunch-hour visit to inspect an SL that had just arrived on a day when Terry was off. When it came time to negotiate, Dave Raff was accommodating, clear and quick to come to terms (we got a great deal). Highly recommend this store if you're interested in a new Nissan. More

Very pleased with this check up for my Altima I see a great improvement from the last few times I brought my car in. They changed my oil, and said they programmed my reminder light to of when to g I see a great improvement from the last few times I brought my car in. They changed my oil, and said they programmed my reminder light to of when to get oil changed (this was the 3rd time I asked to have it done - and I believe they did it this time). It was quick to get in as I had a recall notice for my air bag that needed to be fixed. They fixed it in about an hour. Much less time than I thought it would be. They also offered to take me where I needed to go. Pleased with this. They have a fantastic driver who is safe, kind and on time. Staff was professional and I was very pleased to NOT see the usual guy who reeks of weed anywhere near my car - I didn't see him at all.. The parts department was patient and answered all my questions and were very nice. More

Blue Coral Went in to have a Blue Coral paint treatment put on my truck. The staff was helpful and the work was scheduled quickly. This is a 6 to 8 hour process Went in to have a Blue Coral paint treatment put on my truck. The staff was helpful and the work was scheduled quickly. This is a 6 to 8 hour process so I was given a shuttle ride home and when finished picked up for the return ride. Very nice and friendly folks. Thanks guys More
