I researched what I wanted and decided on the Nissan Rogue with the Altima as a second choice. I found a Rogue on the website that I fell in love with. I went to go see if it was as good in person as online. When I returned to the dealership Joe recognized me immediately. He again was patient with me knowing that the Rogue was exactly what I wanted. He made my buying experience enjoyable and painless! I ended up with exactly the car I wanted. I love my new black amethyst Nissan Rogue! After being turned away from Crater Lake Ford Service Department, as they were "too busy right now, and to come back in a couple of weeks." Desperate and in tears, I drove straight to Lithia Nissan. I had 3 service writers and the Service Manager greet me and come out to see what they could do to help me with my car. They took me in, made my problem their problem, and assured me that they could help. What a relief to know there is a service department in town that is willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Thanks for having my back More

Great Service I came in for a lifetime oil change and a wiper replacement. When they were done I noticed they had washed my car and cleaned the windows inside whic I came in for a lifetime oil change and a wiper replacement.
