They have always taken excellent care of us through their amazing customer service and efforts to ensure we have the perfect vehicle to meet our needs. Our most recent purchase was for a used vehicle and in trying to find a suitable vehicle we reached out to several used car dealers. I had the opportunity to connect with several Lithia staff and it was far and away the best experience in the Valley. I felt confident in every interaction that they were doing whatever they could to make sure we were receiving a vehicle that was going to get us where we need to go safely and the vehicle they provided has far exceeded our expectations. Based on this experience, I look forward to recommending their business and services. More

I will send every one I care for to him purchase a vehicle. Nissan did wonderful in hiring him. I have never experienced such a knowledgeable no pressure sales person as great as Levi! More
They told me I have no I idea what I’m talking about. I bought a used Pathfinder in August from another Lithia dealership. The first opportunity we had to take it up to the snow, we did! The 4wd never eng I bought a used Pathfinder in August from another Lithia dealership. The first opportunity we had to take it up to the snow, we did! The 4wd never engaged and it was a horrible driving experience. I made an appointment to bring it in to have it checked out. The response I received was that they drove it for 11 miles (in town)and could not “recreate” the experience, but the light is on so it must be working. Now, the light was not on when we had it up in the mountains, so maybe they did do do something. But the service writer says they did not do anything to it, I just didn’t know where to look for the light. She says when I can recreate the conditions in town, that I am more than welcome to bring the car in to show them what I’m talking about. So I’m left with two options. To take it back to the mountains and risk me and my family in a horrible driving experience again to test it not working only to take it back and be told that they cannot recreate the situation. Or to wait for the off chance that we have an event in town that I would need my 4wd in which case the entire town shuts down, including the dealership. So I wouldn’t be able to show them then, either. More
We had a great experience at Lithia Nissan! This was our first experience with Lithia Nissan. The first person we met was the General Manager of all people, Tom Diefendorf. We were driving slowly, looking at all the cars and Tom walked up to my daughter’s window and introduced himself. Tom was very thoughtful and listened to us describe what my daughter wanted in her new car. She has four girls and Tom has four boys. Tom knew what we were talking about! We just left the VW dealership, and we have had a lot of bad experiences at other dealerships with poor communication and Tom Diefendorf was like a breath of fresh air. Mr. Diefendorf introduced us to his best Sales Person, Jesus Venentin. Jesus could not have been more helpful. With Jesus we looked at several mini-vans and then he found the perfect one. My Daughter loved it immediately and it met all her requirements. Jesus Valentin handled all the paperwork and Tom Diefendorf was always there to make sure we were comfortable and happy. They really made our experience an outstanding one. Jesus introduced us to Todd Herriott in finance, who informed us to financing strategies we had not previously considered. Todd is very sharp and he put us at ease with his great laugh. From the minute we got there and met everyone one we met, from Tom, Jesus and Todd, all the way to the young man who cleaned our new van, were all so friendly. We hate car dealerships, but we LOVE Lithia Nissan! More

He did not rush us in anyway he let us take our time. Terry stayed by us the whole way through. It was an awesome experience for us as well we got to know Terry as though we were friends for a long time. It doesn't stop there he called us a few times to see if we were satisfied with our vehicles. I was really impressed that the following month I got a birthday card in the mail signed by Terry himself. He made me feel special. I do believe at that point he had gone above and beyond .Now I'm back looking for another vehicle I'm sure glad that Terry is there to help us again.Terry has been returning our calls even when he is off the clock. Not realizing that he's not at work he still takes his time to talk with us like if we were at the dealership. More
