I had made appointments ahead of time and they didn't even touch my vehicles until the third day after dropping them off. I will not buy at this dealership again based on the service alone. Run as Fast as you Can!! Are you kidding me? Meador auto group is one of the least professional groups I have ever seen. They can't keep and manage their internet or social me Are you kidding me? Meador auto group is one of the least professional groups I have ever seen. They can't keep and manage their internet or social media sites accurate. In 2016, had a truck repaired at their location in Commerce, spent around $2,000 cash not warranty work. And when we had one repair done, they even put a dent in our truck, we let it slide believing they had taken care of us. Well now in 2017, the repair from a year ago has to be redone and on top of it, we have learned the repair was not done right. For put out a service bulletin on how the repair was to be done and Meador did not follow the service bulletin. Now in attempting to reach them, they are running and not being accountable for their poor repair. Meador is not even close to a 5, if I could do less than a 1, I would. Run do not stop at Meador!! More

Used car purchase with trade Saw a 2010 Nissan Xterra on the web located at Meador Dodge. I arrived at the parking lot to view the vehicle and was met by Nestor in a few minutes Saw a 2010 Nissan Xterra on the web located at Meador Dodge. I arrived at the parking lot to view the vehicle and was met by Nestor in a few minutes who was able to get me into the Xterra and then take it for a test drive. This car was in excellent condition and a good match for my needs. Nestor was able to negotiate a better price than stickered and was able to provide me a better trade in for my 2000 Nissan Xterra with 198K on the clock. However I could not get past a dent in the front end fender. Nestor and the manager offered to repair the dent and....provide a brand new 2017 Chrysler 200 loaner car for the duration required for them to fix the dent. Nestor kept me informed to the progress of the repair. A few days later their shop had repaired the dent to perfection. This was a cash sale.....so the paperwork was very quick.
