After returning the car the next day, I tried working with him on another vehicle "I was already approved by finance with a score of 824" Dustin was be difficult, he has a chip on his shoulder. After this I started looking at others reviews and found out that Meador is going down hill. I think it is time for some management reviews "Charlie" before HLK auto group starts asking questions. More

Easy experience I found a vehicle I liked at Meador on cars.com and sent in a request through the dealer's website. The internet sales manager and Taylor quickly resp I found a vehicle I liked at Meador on cars.com and sent in a request through the dealer's website. The internet sales manager and Taylor quickly responded and Taylor promptly provided information throughout the day. I arranged a test drive the next morning with Taylor. She was friendly and made the process very comfortable - more like talking about the car with a friend than the heavy sales pitch that everyone hates. The only reason for 4 out of 5 stars is it took over two hours from when I said I wanted the car to wrap things up with finance, having the car cleaned, and new plates put on. I was one of the first people on the lot that day and seems like the process could have been faster. More
