My only issue and it’s jist the way it is is how long it takes to go the the process of buying the car and leaving the dealership. It’s pretty much a all day affair. All in all had no issues at all! Excellent Long-Distance Purchase I needed a RAM 1500 with a specific configuration. The salesman, Thomas Payne was extremely helpful by phone and email. He assured me that Meador would arrange for shipment to California as well as registration with CA DMV. Larry Parks handled the deposit and financing, as well as the registration paperwork. A week after signing, the truck arrived on a carrier near my house and I drove it home. Not having to deal with DMV in person (especially when purchased out-of-state) is a bonus. Assuming the DMV registration goes through, the only part of the process that required me to do anything was getting my new truck weighed and VIN-verified once it arrived. Meador took care of the rest. Thomas and the rest of the staff were friendly, professional and efficient. Meador's competitive pricing made it possible to buy my truck long-distance and have it still meet my budget. So if you’re in a situation like mine, where your local dealer isn’t interested in helping you get the truck you want, there are options. But he quickly figured it out and showed us how to work them. Our Finance Manager Larry Parks actually made a $3000 mathematical error when he did not include the charge to our credit card in the total cash we owed him. He quickly refunded the $3000 to our credit card when we brought it to his attention a few days after accepting delivery on 12-28-17. We also had to restart our finance contract three times for one error or another, the most significant was that the contract was dated 5 days prior to our signing it. More

Great price for a new Wrangler This is my second car from Meador and although not quite as good as my previous experience, it is still hands down the best Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep dealer This is my second car from Meador and although not quite as good as my previous experience, it is still hands down the best Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep dealer in the DFW area. The price for the Jeep was just too good the pass up and I love it. During my first visit Kevin Eidson helped me, but was on vacation this time around so Shagufta stepped in and was great. The staff here is very friendly and unlike other dealers they don't try and pressure you. I would definitely do business here again. My only minor gripe is that the Jeep was customized (which I wanted), but with the increased tire size they should have put a reinforced tailgate mount for the spare on the back. Most of the customized Jeep's on the lot do come with it, but for some reason mine did not. The reason this is needed is the oversized spare is too heavy for the tailgate and the hinges will start to bend and will cause damage at some point if not changed to heavy duty ones. More
