Lack of communication The lack of communication at this location is incredibly frustrating. I rarely received any updates concerning my vehicle. I had to initiate all of th The lack of communication at this location is incredibly frustrating. I rarely received any updates concerning my vehicle. I had to initiate all of the communication with the dealership. Also, once I purchased the vehicle, the customer service became even worse. I needed a signed document for the lender. I was told I would receive the document the following day; however, that did not happen. I have been unsuccessful at reaching the finance department. All calls were forwarded to voicemail and I have yet to receive a callback (4 days later). I even attempted to contact the Director of finance. I was forced to go into the dealership get them to work on the requested document. More

Terrible Sales Service I was ready to buy a new truck from Meador but no one at this dealership wanted to assist with my purchase.
