We were very pleased with the effort provided by Kevin Eidson and Chad Lemen. Both were very responsive to our questions and comments. One of the things I was most impressed with was Kevin able to make the deal instead of having to run back and forth to a sales manager as we were negotiating the final contract. The main negative we have has to do the the smoking around the doors going into the show room. Sales personnel and other customers were standing around the entrance door smoking and talking. My wife is allergic to cigarette smoke and after having to got through the smoke to enter the building and to exit the building to get our new car, she became very congested from her asthma. I would highly recommend that you move all smoking away from the door and not allow sales personnel to smoke on the side of the building where the entrance door is so customers can enter and exit the building with out having to walk through the cigarette smoke. More

I have been wanting to make a purchase of a Jeep for a long, long time and about three weeks ago decide that it is time for me to buy. I shopped on line to get prices and emailed a dozen dealerships to ge long, long time and about three weeks ago decide that it is time for me to buy. I shopped on line to get prices and emailed a dozen dealerships to get information. The answers always seemed to be come in and we will talk about it. Most of them were really pushy, even in the emails. A long time friend mentions that I should give Meador in Fort Worth a try and that I would not be disappointed. I scheduled an appointment along with details of what exactly I as looking for. I first stopped at the service department and talked to Dwayne Bolt who then introduced me to Kevin Eidson internet sales manager and site sales manager Mike Bell to which I immediately felt comfortable and at home with. They told me I would like what they had to show me and when we walk outside, and I did. Mike was able to make some adjustments to the Jeep that would make it a little more to my liking and pointed out options that were already part of the vehicle. Now I really liked it. Kevin and I sat down to start the final paperwork and he and mike showed me the price with options. The number was perfect for me and I agreed. These guys made the entire buying process streamlined, flawless and pleasurable with no pressure whatsoever. Kevin sent me a text later that evening saying that the Jeep was perfect and ready for me to pick up in the morning. I pick up my new Jeep the next day and was greeted by both Kevin and Mike in the showroom. Kevin handed me the keys and I shook his hand and told him thank you very much for making this new vehicle purchase the easiest, fastest, and best car buying experience I have ever had. I also saw Mike and thanked him for making the Jeep exactly what I wanted, just he promised to do, and making it a great deal for me. Without any question… Meador Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge’s Kevin Eidson and Mike Bell are by far the best sales representatives I have had the pleasure of working with to buy a new car in a very long time. The genuine compassion and care for the customer and the personal attention in making certain that I was satisfied and happy was way above and beyond. Over the past several years, we have purchased a 2005 Wrangler, 2008 Grand Cherokee, 2009 Wrangler Sahara, and the latest 2012 Wrangler Saraha. Had we not been satisfied with this dealership, we would no Wrangler, 2008 Grand Cherokee, 2009 Wrangler Sahara, and the latest 2012 Wrangler Saraha. Had we not been satisfied with this dealership, we would not have purchased the second vehicle from them. They have always been up-front with everything, including giving us their best price, without a "haggle". We are not hagglers; we know what the value of a purchase is, it's going price, and all we want is a fair deal. We have spent less time on new purchases there than any other dealership we have encountered. If all goes well, when the Grand Cherokee dies, a replacement will come from there, also. We always have a trade-in that is clean, in good condition, and well-cared-for, which makes them happy to get back our old vehicles; it's a win, win for all around. Thanks to everyone!
