I came in to Meador Dodge on Saturday 4/21/2012 with the sole purpose of looking at the interior of the new Dodge 1500 or 2500. I have always been a Ford guy but I wanted to at least look at the Dodge befor sole purpose of looking at the interior of the new Dodge 1500 or 2500. I have always been a Ford guy but I wanted to at least look at the Dodge before I bought a new truck in a couple of weeks. I was greeted by Nick when I arrived and he loaded my family on a golf cart and showed us around the lot. He was very informative on all the different models and answered everyone of my questions. We located a Demo that I liked and he had me drive it to see the difference in the Ford and the Dodge. Loved It! We worked up numbers after he took care of my trade appraisal. We met with 'Coach' and discussed what I needed the price to be in order to be happy with the purchase. Shane set us down in his office and took care of all the paper work just like I had asked. And I drove it home that day. It was that easy. My Wife drives a 2011 Jeep Unlimited that we bought from a different dealership. We will now be using Meador for all of our Service needs and vehicle purchases. More

We struggled on the Jeep web site looking for a match but too many incorrect matches turned us away. We had already had several bad experiences with Dealerships that had no staff or out to lunch. We live 250 miles away from Ft Worth but we wanted to purchase at a certified dealership thru USAA, locally we were dissatisfied. My husband located several certified dealerships while in Ft Worth but Meador impressed him most, so much, he had to share it with me, he called me immediately and told me what he had found and how hard they were trying to find a vehicle of his liking. They were nice, friendly & had positive attitudes, very professional & receptive to anyone who seemed to step on the lot. They treated everyone as if they were family & friends and worked with us in every way possible. The customer service is what sold us. We feel very satisfied with Nic for helping find the vehicle we had set out to buy 2 weeks before and within hours Nic found it, a perfect match, it was amazing and I love it, I had no idea it could be found that quick. It was the 3rd vehicle he showed us that day but thanks to his best effort he satisfied us both, he was so patient with us and we would highly recommend Meador Dealership and Nic is one of the finest people you could met. Realizing that my car had seen better days, I responded to a mail from Meador online. The next weekend, I filled out an online credit app. I was unable to get to the dealership that weekend, but Nic called to a mail from Meador online. Initially, I had no thoughts of getting in a new car. Having only purchased used cars in the past, I assumed that I would continue this trend this time. Nic was able to work out a test drive of a Dodge Avenger. It is a nice car, but I had my mind set on something bigger. He talked to his manager and got me a test drive in a Jeep Patriot. I had not considered a Jeep, much less a brand new one, but after the test drive, I was sold. Without a doubt, it was the car for me. I am completely happy with my experience with Meador. This was not the first dealership we stopped at. We started on the other end of Ft. Worth but for some reason, they were closed on Saturday. So I googled Jeep dealerships and found Meador, so we put it started on the other end of Ft. Worth but for some reason, they were closed on Saturday. So I googled Jeep dealerships and found Meador, so we put it in the GPS and headed that way. Thankfully they were open and open til 8pm. I saw a few jeeps up front, but wasn't sure if that was what I wanted or not. Kind of had my heart set on white or orange. Kevin walked us around and showed us everything they had. I decided I liked the one with the Big Tires. So he got it off the rock for me and let me take it for a spin. LOVED it. I didn't know I was for sure going to buy one that day, But I did. He got all the Paper work done for me and took us over to wait for my turn in Financing. Shane was very helpful and took good care of us as well. He is a Jeep owner/lover himself and took us to show us his Jeep and gave me some pointers on what I can do with mine down the road. It was a great experience with both of them. Very friendly and helpful. I am so glad we decided to head that direction. It is about an hour from where we currently live, but worth the trip. More
