Excellent So I bought my first Challenger from Lonnie at Meador Dodge about 8 months ago. My first Challenger was totaled in a flash flood, heartbreaking! So I text Lonnie and told him what happened and sent him the pic of the new Challenger I saw on their website that I wanted. He said "OK, come pick it up tomorrow." Honestly, I'll never buy any of my future cars from anywhere else. Lonnie made it super easy to get my new car and Eddie in Finance made the always dreadful process easy and painless. Dealer won't return my phone calls and won't honor warranty. I purchased the "lifetime warranty" package when I bought my 2015 Jeep Wrangler back in July. I go to get an oil change, which I was told I would nev I purchased the "lifetime warranty" package when I bought my 2015 Jeep Wrangler back in July. I go to get an oil change, which I was told I would never have to pay for again since I got the lifetime warranty and nope now they want more money. I purchased the jeep at meadow but live in Austin so I go to another dodge dealership over here, apparently meadow sold me wrong maintaince package. I've been told in order to get a oil change I have to pay 10$ each time for 1 quart of oil that isn't covered. The oil changes only covers 4 quarts and the jeep takes 5. What the heck!!! 10$ isn't a big but when you go over a lifetime it is. I hate being lied to and ignored. Shane won't return my calls and honor the warranty package. The warranty added 5000$ to my purchase price. More
