To start it off, the whole crew at Meador in Fort Worth is beyond fantastic. They made our whole are buying experience one of a kind. After a horrendous experience at Holt CJD in Grand Prairie and sharing this with the folks at Meador, they went above and beyond to make our car buying experience as hassle free as possible. We started out by contacting the internet specialist Shannon and simply letting her know EXACTLY (make, model, year, color,etc.) which vehicle we were looking for. Not one person called or contacted us in any way until they had found the perfect Jeep Grand Cherokee we were looking for. Shannon, who was absolutely amazing, called my husband, informed him that she had located a car which hadn't even been delivered to the dealership and asked if we'd be interested. Without hesitation, we said yes! A couple days later after the car was delivered to the lot we made our way up to the dealership and met with Lonnie, which I have to say is one the nicest most genuine car dealers that I had ever met. Without hesitation, he worked his tail off to get us the best deal possible and succeeded with flying colors!!! I was one happy wife when we got through! :) Unfortunately we had a small hiccup once we got the car home and had to have it taken back up to the dealership for a minor repair, which I had no idea would make such a huge impact on the whole crew. Ray, the service manager went above and beyond keeping in close contact with both me and my husband every step of the way until the issue was resolved. Everyone we met with was more apologetic than I would have ever imagined and made us feel so comfortable and reassured through the whole process. I know I'm leaving out leaving out some important people here and I apologize but I truly can't say enough the wonderful staff at Meador in Fort Worth. Each and everyone of the people we came in contact with made us feel so special and appreciated and there is no doubt we will be returning years down the road. From the cleanliness of the deanship to the the professionalism of the whole crew, Meador definitely knows what they are doing!!! More

It's the rear main seal....no way it's from off roading. 2 weeks in the service depth with no communication and nothing accomplished except charging me . 64 dollars to diagnose.
