Great dealership to deal with. I found the Highlander my Wife wanted at this dealership. . Unfortunetly it was over 600 miles away in another state. Vancouver Toyota went the extra I found the Highlander my Wife wanted at this dealership. . Unfortunetly it was over 600 miles away in another state. Vancouver Toyota went the extra mile and helped me all the way from the purchase to registering the vehicle . They sent the requested paperwork to my home town Department of Motor vehicles as requested. The price including delivery was well under any other Toyota dealership within thousands of miles. You cannot beat the quality of Toyota. More

My most recent visit was the most dis I have taken my Toyota to this dealership several times, and each time I have left frustrated and disappointed. My most recent visit was the most disappointing. I drive a new car with a warranty because I do not like surprises, especially overpriced charges for vehicle repairs. I recently took my 3 year old vehicle in because the check engine light was on. After explaining to them that the light had been on for a very short time and there was no change in the way the car was driving, they make me sign a waiver that I will pay their "diagnostic fee" of $128.00 if the problem ends up being the result of something I did to the car. When I returned to pick up the car, I was charged almost $180.00 to for the diagnostic fee and to replace a gas cap- the current gas cap had a seal that was bad and therefore needed to be replaced. After calling 2 other dealerships, I was informed that this is one of the most common reasons for a check engine light to come on and therefore the first thing they check when having a car brought in to their department for this reason. Both dealerships also informed me that not only would they NOT have charged their customer for the diagnostic fee, they would have advised the customer of this issue and offered them the option to have the computer reset at no charge to see if this would correct the problem before doing anything further and charging the customer an outrageous amount of money. The service manager spoke with me and her response was that they do not do this because they do not want the customer to have to return a second time for the same issue if a loose gas cap happens to not be the problem. As a customer, I feel as though this translates to we would rather make $180 than to give you the option of solving a very common, simple problem for free, which is what I believe to be the best customer service and the type of service that makes me feel as though they have my best interest in mind and would make me want to return to them in the future. The customer service manager did work with me to decrease the cost, but I still ended up paying way more than what I should have. In short-I guess this is not the dealership for me and if you feel the same way, it is not the dealership for you either. Guess I will be making the trip across the river from now on. I will trade convenience for good customer service. More

Very disrespectful of customers time. Horrible customer service. 1. They were purchasing my car from me. We made an appointment for 2:30 on a Saturday. I was there on time. We sign all the paperwork and I give them the keys. They THEN tell me they, "don't cut checks on Saturdays." So I would have to come back on Monday to get my money. 3. Then they expected me to walk away with NOTHING in writing. No IOU, no nothing. I give them my car, keys sign over the title and I'm supposed to walk away with nothing but a promise? 4. They should have told me they don't issue checks on Saturdays BEFORE I made the appointment so I would have the option to make other arrangements. 5. I was told my check would be waiting for me Monday after noon, so I show up at 1:30. No one knows what I'm talking about. Someone says it will be 15 min. 25 min later, I go back to the manager and remind them that I'm on my lunch break and I've already been waiting longer than promised. He goes away, comes back and tells me it will be another 30 min because the person who writes the checks is on her lunch break. So now I have to come back a THIRD TIME to get my check because I don't have 2 hours for a lunch break to sit and wait all day for them. I complained to the manger and his apology was less than sincere. It was resentful at best. No regard for my time at all. Complete disrespect. I hope I never have to do business with this place again. More

If you question this, they will say they personally, their parents and grandparents paid these fees. It's just something everyone pays. - Will disappear for 10 min at a time getting "approval from their manager" for every little thing. -Will guilt trip you saying they are losing money on the deal and selling it at a loss. - Will not disclose cash back or low APR promotions from the manufacturer. If you bring it up, they will say they are already losing money on the car and not sure they can honor them. -Will constantly pressure you with "Do we have a deal?!" These are time wasting manipulations straight out of the Shyster Car Salesman 101 playbook. I walked out but at least I have had some good laughs with friends about it. I feel sorry for the people who fall for it and get bilked out of thousands. More
Absolutely does the best. I had a few issues other dealers just put it off as that's just the way the car is.
