Navigation sound is not working. Purchased 2019 Highlander on January 17, 2019. Found there is no voice or sound working with the Navigation system. Since they were aware of this problem, I feel they were withholding information that would have affected whether I would have purchased the vehicle. Brought it in and service department was aware of problem but I was not informed prior to leaving dealership with my new car that they were aware has problem. When I brought it back within a couple of days, sales people said they could fix it. If you turn the car off and then back on it might work. I then took it to service on 2/7/19 and they told me that it is a software problem since Toyota had installed new software. They supposedly updated the software and told me that when I want to use the Navigation to input it then turn the car off and restart. Also, they would notify me when the problem had a solution. So far, as of 4/17/2019, I have heard nothing. This is my 4th Toyota. More

McCord’s has serviced my Prius since my purchase.. This morning noticed my dash light icon for tire pressure was lit so I went to McCord’s Dealership and was attended to by Robert Winkler (The Service Advisory). He explained to me the low air pressure was because a screw which caused a slow leak. He said unforntuniarely the tire could not be repaired because it was too close to the side wall. I looked at the position of the screw and it didn’t look close to the side wall. Robert Winklerwent on to say I should buy two tires at a cost of $344.16. I told him that I would think about it but in the mean time, please bring the tire pressure up to 35 pounds. He told me that he could not do this because the air tanks were in the shop and you had to have your car checked in to fill the tires. At that point I told him not to worry his little head about adding air to the tire, I have air compressors and chucks at home in my garage to do this. I took my car to Les Schwab and they repaired the tire at no cost to me.. Guess where I’m going to go when it’s time to buy tires. In fact, I am so angry at the McCord Dealship that I doubt I’ll be back for future servicing and to buy my next new car.. For customer satisfaction, you bombed out.. Horrible experience with McCord's Toyota I took my Prius into Vancouver Toyota for routine maintenance, along with a possible warranty enhancement (inverter) issue. After the service center h I took my Prius into Vancouver Toyota for routine maintenance, along with a possible warranty enhancement (inverter) issue. After the service center had my vehicle for 7 hours, none of the pre-approved scheduled service work was completed and they were still “looking into” the warranty enhancement issue. Very poor communication and customer service from Shadi and Grady along the way!! If, as they claimed, they could not do the maintenance work before they figured out the warranty enhancement issue, then that piece should have been addressed at the very start of my appointment time – 8am – not “we’re still looking into things” at 3pm!! I have taken my vehicle here for years, although they are overpriced and service is typically slow, but will go elsewhere after my experience there yesterday. More

Great experience with McCord Toyota I do not understand why some customers have left bad reviews. I started researching my next vehicle purchase about a year ago, with February 2018 as a I do not understand why some customers have left bad reviews. I started researching my next vehicle purchase about a year ago, with February 2018 as a target date for the purchase. In mid January, I initiated the car buying process through TruCar and USAA. Jason Weber reached out to me, and we engaged in the search for my target vehicle (2018 Rav4 Hybrid). He was great, and never pressured us to buy at any point. I negotiated a 24hr test drive, and he assisted us in finding the color and trim specifics that we wanted. This whole time, he understood that we weren't going to purchase until this month. We decided on the SE trim, and even went to the dealership specifically to look at colors. Luda, the saleslady who worked with Jason, showed us all of our options, and patiently answered any questions we had. At the same time, I was in talks with other dealerships, and getting quotes. Jason matched the best offer that we had from a different dealership, and provided it in writing. As we got closer to the purchase date, we moved it up, to the end of January. At this point, we had an even lower offer from another dealership, and while they couldn't match, they came close, and threw in something extra. We got our 24hr test drive on January 29th, and brought the car in on the 30th. Jim assisted us with closing, and he even washed the car, and filled up the tank. We closed everything within 2hrs, and drove off the lot very happy. This car has exceeded expectations for us, as we are getting almost 40mpg in rush hour traffic, and 32mpg on the highway.
