Overall, considering the constraints of waiting 2 weeks to get a part, they did OK. However, once in the tech had an emergency and it took an extra day. I thought Kelsea did a great job when I talked to to get a part, they did OK. However, once in the tech had an emergency and it took an extra day. I thought Kelsea did a great job when I talked to her and the tech were pretty open about repairs under the Voltec warranty. I guess the only thing I'd suggest, is that the service write send a quick note via eMail/VMX/text. I understand most owners get upset if things take a while, but a regular update on progress, even if it's "still waiting for parts" would be nice. More

All in all a good experience. They got my truck in and serviced in a day. Ian was great with providing updates and the service center had an area where I could “set up an office” They got my truck in and serviced in a day.
