They worked with me and helped me to buy a truck" instead of just trying to sell me one. Billy was great, and so was Rod. I will definitely be looking them up when to the time comes for another vehicle. of just trying to sell me one. Billy was great, and so was Rod. Sales person was great but service did not do anything that we asked to be done! They were dishonest and skipped over many things on the checklist that they supposedly had for our vehicle that we asked to be done! Unfortunately after loosing 3 hour work day, signing everything but the last one signature on the iPad, I got denied. I don’t understand after all the hard work they do this. Mr Ayers and Smith tried to everything but the last one signature on the iPad, I got denied. I don’t understand after all the hard work they do this. Mr Ayers and Smith tried to have my father sign for me as before. I was proud to had been approved on my own. I am almost 50 and was so happy to buy my first new car. It’s like a carrot dangling and taken away. I am very upset with the way it got handled, everyone deserves an opportunity and I fully understood that most things might have been higher due to credit but I was ok with that, this is unprofessional and a advantage taken by the associates to have my father sign as he was there for just moral support and ensure his name was taken off my trade in. I have made all the payments to Nissan on time and I am half way thru it. Very disappointed and my father and myself will look elsewhere to get another vehicle when needed. Thanks, Tanya Vazquez Caskey More
After being married for 7 months and only being able to see each other on weekends due to my job and a 74 miles drive, my husband and I finally had a small down payment to put on a good used vehicle. We de see each other on weekends due to my job and a 74 miles drive, my husband and I finally had a small down payment to put on a good used vehicle. We decided to put our trust into a reputable dealer to ensure a good vehicle with no major defects… boy were we ever wrong. We were sold a 2015 hyundai tuscon wirh 124,000 miles. It was never ran through any shop or checked out in any way and we assumed it had. 3 weeks after purchasing it it began making loud noises. I checked the oil to discover it had almost no oil in it. I added oil and had to continue to add oil every 400 miles ever since. 5 weeks after purchasing it the parking on the shifter stopped working right. After a trip to a mechanic we were told the engine had bad carbon buildup and the body control module was bad. We immediately called the dealership and were told they would be happy to schedule some repairs or make a trade. For a different vehicle. We started waiting for the dealership to follow up with their verbal statement. After 3-4 weeks we asked about the progress on finding us a different vehicle we were told numerous times by our salesman, the office manager, and the sales manager that they were diligently looking for us anew vehicle. To make matters worse the air conditioner quit suddenly in late May leaving us once again another issue that makes the car a complete lemon. We were told by crain hyundai the repair on the body control module alone is a $3000 repair. We made an appointment with out salesman Billy to trade us a car upon his suggestion and verbal affirmation. After arriving at the dealership we were forced to wait 45 minutes while the salesteam were goofing off talking about fireworks. Finally we sat down with our salesman where he made us fill out a new credit application and then told us he only had 1 vehicle he could get us into and it needed $2500 down and was currently in the shop getting a new transmission. First of all we had no money since we put all our money down on the tuscon and second a new transmission brought us serious red flags. We were then PROMISED that if we gave the dealership a few days or a week they would definitely find us a new car. We left very disappointed and frustrated but tried to give the dealership grace and trusted they would keep their word. 3 weeks goes by and still no word from the dealership despite us both sending texts and emails. The salesman obviously had us blocked and quit answering our texts completely. The general manager had zero response to our email with pleas to help. Then suddenly on my way to work the car starts shuddering and running badly. We set up 2 separate mechanics to diagnose the issue. Both mechanics diagnosed the tuscon with a dead engine cylinder. We once again reached out to Mclarty daniel nissan and we now told that we should talk to the finance company and that is all. The dealership has refused to back up their reputation as a quality dealer and has lied to us numerous times over the last 5 months. So here we sit with a car that needs a new engine and a new bcm. The finance company lied to us a well telling us 2 times that we could turn the car back in but when we tried to set up the volunteer repossession we were then told the car would be sold at auction and we would be responsible for the difference of what we still owed. We currently owe $16,000 on the car. We decided we had no choice but to keep making the payment for now. Now I am currently once again having to spend weekdays away from my husband since i have no vehicle to get to work from our home in nwa. $16000 is a lot of money for a car yard ornament and all because Mclarty Daniel is full of liars and deceitful people that do not care about their customers unless they can afford $50,000 new cars. I am currently filing a complaint with the attorney general and I hope she can get Mclarty Daniel to stand behind what they say and do. More
