Best car buying experience I have had in a long time. From the dealership to the people - my experience was absolutely amazing. I pulled in and was immediately greeted by Jay. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very attentive. Within in the first 5 minutes of my visit we were on a test drive and going through all of the stats of the car. The application, trade-in process, and approval went very smooth and speedy. Jay introduced me to each person I had to deal with along the purchase journey and everyone went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. Tyler in finance was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly fast. There is nothing I hate more than spending an entire day at at dealership and I was in and out in no time. Monte was amazing, he introduced himself and made me feel welcome. I would say that Jay, Monte, and Tyler made me feel like family. My Titan broke down 1300 miles from home. After spending nearly $3k for repair, it was still doing the same thing. After talking to Paul at MD, I decided to have it transported back to AR fro After spending nearly $3k for repair, it was still doing the same thing. After talking to Paul at MD, I decided to have it transported back to AR from Jackson Hole (another $2500)! They went through everything carefully to find the problem (rather than just telling me I need a new transmission). Just picked it up yesterday and it’s running like new! I feel they were as fair as possible on the cost and I certainly felt they were concerned about everything I had been through. Wish the breakdown had happened closer to home and I could have gone directly to MD to start with. Could have saved over $6k! Paul, Hunter and crew were great! I’ll definitely check with MD first for my next vehicle. More
