Best car buying experience I have had in a long time. From the dealership to the people - my experience was absolutely amazing. I pulled in and was immediately greeted by Jay. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very attentive. Within in the first 5 minutes of my visit we were on a test drive and going through all of the stats of the car. The application, trade-in process, and approval went very smooth and speedy. Jay introduced me to each person I had to deal with along the purchase journey and everyone went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. Tyler in finance was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly fast. There is nothing I hate more than spending an entire day at at dealership and I was in and out in no time. Monte was amazing, he introduced himself and made me feel welcome. I would say that Jay, Monte, and Tyler made me feel like family. I am grateful for an amazing experience and will definitely send my family and friends to McClarty Nissan in Bentonville. More
