We liked the car, but it wasn’t what we needed. We set out to look at BMW’S, Volkswagen, Audi Q5, and a couple of other brands. JJ came up to our car and I asked where we could park, and he said “You’re good right there. My wife told him which vehicle that we were looking for and he immediately went in, obtained the keys, found the vehicle and drove it up front with the AC running set to maximum cooling as it was so hot outside. We were given waters to drink a comfortable seat to wait for him to return with the specified vehicle. Various members of the staff greated us and made us feel welcome and special. I told Shawn & Monte, that the“experience we had while going through the whole process of the trade in and purchase of the vehicle that we wanted, it was the very best that we’ve ever experienced, and at our age (late 80’s), we’ve gone through this experience many times. They made us feel like we were very special, and a part of the family!!! We were invited to come back the next day and they would buy our lunch and a soft drink. Even though the vehicle was a BMW instead of a Nissan they made sure that we were comfortable and completely satisfied with the whole process.
