We ended up closing a deal within a couple of hours of working with him. There is one thing we think this dealership could improve on. When it came to talking about financing options and pricing negotiations, there wasn't much flexibility, we weren't able to get a good deal on financing—even with an excellent credit score. When looking at financing options, we were shown a small table on a piece of paper, displaying car payment costs for 24, 36, 48 months, etc. This could've been helpful, if it also included the *total* loan cost and additional fees or penalties there might be, so we could make an informed decision on whether to pay up front or to finance the car. To be completely fair, they weren't flexible on discounts but the car was already heavily discounted (14% on MSRP), and our salesman seemed to do everything he could to get us a good deal, which was very much appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience. The customer service here at Nissan is wonderful, and we're happy with our new car! More

So……when it was time for a new SUV, there was only one place to go. Our salesman, Billy, and the sales manager, Josh, were a pleasure to deal with. The F&I experience was no different. Billy took the time to go over all the bells and whistles on our new Pathfinder Platinum with the wife and made sure she understood everything. He also went over the owners manual and quick reference guide. The vehicle was clean and ready to go when we arrived…….as promised. Excellent dealership and staff from sales to service.
