I couldn't be happier with my car-buying experience yesterday! From the moment I shook hands with Matt’s amazing team, I felt comfortable and respected. Cruz Marshall was my sales consultant, and he yesterday! From the moment I shook hands with Matt’s amazing team, I felt comfortable and respected. Cruz Marshall was my sales consultant, and he was fantastic! He only showed me cars within my budget, was incredibly knowledgeable, and made the whole process enjoyable. It genuinely felt like spending time with a friend. Montie Whitson and Johnnie Boyd worked on my credit, and they were both incredible. Montie was kind-hearted and funny, making a usually stressful process so much easier. Sweet Johnnie even entertained my daughter when she was feeling sad, which meant the world to me. David Howard in financing deserves a huge shout-out too. Signing my name a thousand times was painless, and he went above and beyond to get me a lower rate. I’m absolutely thrilled with my new car and the exceptional service I received. This team is truly the best—highly recommend! More
