When I made a decision, the transaction was completed quickly and I became the new owner of a very nice F-150. I would have liked to have received more for my Chrysler Town & Country trade-in but after thinking about it, the price was fair. More
Amazing Service Department What an amazing experience at the McKie Service Department. My son's truck broke down a week before leaving out of state for a family Thanksgiving. What an amazing experience at the McKie Service Department. My son's truck broke down a week before leaving out of state for a family Thanksgiving. He went to another mechanic in town and was given a quote of $1900 and was told he needed a computer part. My son contacted McKie for a second opinion and was booked til 11/30 which meant he would miss Thanksgiving with his family. He has been stationed overseas for 3 years and has missed every holiday during that time. I contacted the Service Manager, John Baskerville and asked to see if anything could be done. So I gave him the information and he asked if he could call me back in a few minutes which he did and we came up with a plan. He asked to have the truck brought in the following morning so they could run a diagnostic on it. Come to find out that it was not a bad computer part but a bad coil which they replaced. The final cost was $130 and my son can now make it home for a long overdue family Thanksgiving. John - thank you so much for everything that you and your staff did for my son. You certainly have earned a customer for life. Your service department is one that can be trusted and counted on. More
Out of state and a major oil leak We were out of state and had a major oil leak. We were towed in to find the problem. John the Service mgr. was able to have a mechanic take a quick look before closing on second day on their lot and had it fix somehow the next day. Great people in South Dakota and a great dealership. More

He was very helpful, and very honest when answering all the questions that I had. I contacted other dealers in our area, along with two dealers in Colorado. I quickly realized that I felt most comfortable with Mckie Ford and Tom Anderson. Tom helped me find the best truck for my needs, answered all of my questions promptly, and made the purchase process quick and easy. I later realized that I wasted valuable time talking with other dealerships. I purchased my new Ford F-350 on March 21, 2014. Since the purchase I have received courtesy calls and emails from Tom, ensuring that I was 100% satisfied with my experience. I have purchased four vehicles from Mckie Ford, all through Tom Anderson. I will never again waste time contacting other dealerships. Each purchase at McKie Ford has been quick, easy, and honest.
