Thank your reviewing our dealership. We're sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your recent visit. Upon receiving the estimate from the dealership you visited after departing McKie, we spoke to the Service Advisor that assisted you. He informed us that your service visit at McKie Ford Lincoln did NOT cause the hose to leak and there were other areas where the hose(s) had been rubbing. We did offered and paid the dealership to cover almost 80% of the total cost as a measure of good will. We're sorry to hear that you felt we needed to cover 100% of a repair that we did not cause according the the servicing dealership. Thank you for your review.
