I've purchased several vehicles from McKie over the last eight years and each time I've made a 280 mile round trip specifically for McKie. I bought my first new vehicle from McKie. And several used vehicles. Every time I've found their sales staff to be courteous, understanding and very sharp. When my wife and I were looking for her first New car, our sales person Chastin knew immediately what vehicle would fit us best. But, he also understood that we were shopping for a very particular vehicle and we would need to check out other dealerships. Chastin dealt with us respectfully and professionally. I have less experience with McKie on the service side. On the rare occcation that I have, McKie has helped me out of some real binds. As far as I can see, their service side provides the same level of excellece as their sales side. I just don't buy vehicles from anyone else. McKie is my FIRST reccomendation to anyone in the market every time. More

Took it to another dealership and turns out it had major damage that was pencil whipped on the inspection. Took it back to McKee and got treated like liar from sales manager Brad. Turns out other people in the group remembered the truck before I bought it and confirmed its damage that was not disclosed to me. Brad told me "you'll get nothing" and treated me extremely horrible. They ended up taking the truck back after charging my 2k for registration. I bought another truck same day for 60k, so this is not one sided. Just xxxx poor and this guy should be fired. If he did it to me, he's bullied others . More

Aggressive salesman, lots of employee layers to deal with, so you keep getting handed off to the next employee...who can't remember your name. Service department does not need or want your business. The positive reviews here come from people willing to spend a lot of money. More
My daughter's Ford Focus would not start. On Sunday, we took the battery down and had it tested and found it was bad. The gentlemen at #Autozone was really nice. He noticed that the batt On Sunday, we took the battery down and had it tested and found it was bad. The gentlemen at #Autozone was really nice. He noticed that the battery was under warranty from Ford and advised us to take it to them to replace it. I went to #mckieford this morning to get a new one. I was told that it needed to be in the car. Okay, not happy, I went back and put the battery back in her car and was luckily able to get it jumped. We drove back to McKie Ford and I explained the situation. The person there told me I needed a receipt for the battery. I don't have the receipt because the battery is original to when I purchased the car. I have never asked a car dealership for a receipt for a battery when I made a purchase. #mckieford refused to honor the 100-month warranty on an OEM part from Ford Motor Company. So, the next time you buy a new car from any Ford Dealership, make sure to get a receipt for all the parts that may be under warranty, because they will not honor their warranty without it. Shame on you! More
