My experience with McGrath Honda in Elgin was phenomenal due to our awesome sales rep Al! I came in with my sister and dad looking for a brand new vehicle. From the beginning Al was respectful of our time and asked all the right questions to make sure he knew what I wanted and made sure I didn’t feel any pressure to purchase something I didn’t want. We asked for a good deal at a certain price range and that is what we got. Al made sure I was happy with the deal and the car and that I was able to take my car home that day and even stayed passed closing time in order to do it. Everyone we spoke to apart from Al was also very kind and easy to talk to as well. We definitely had an overall great experience and I would definitely recommend Al and everyone at the McGrath Honda. Al was super easy to work with. He made any hiccups in the process disappear. Very well prepared and knowledgeable. I wasn’t sure I could qualify for a new lease but Mohammad & Luis worked it out for me.
