Made a 7 am appointment for my cars recall notice relative to the Fuel Tank Inspection. Brought the car in the Friday night to save time. Called McGrath several time to check status but the phone num relative to the Fuel Tank Inspection. Brought the car in the Friday night to save time. Called McGrath several time to check status but the phone number on the text stated it was an invalid number. Finally got a call the all work was completed about 12:22 pm. 5 .5 hours after the appointment time for a simple check. the multipoint inspection was completed . I inquired about the alignment check which McGrath said the would was indeed not done. I asked for them to complete the check. When I picked up my car finally and left I pulled over in the McGrath lot to check my tires. The work order stated that the rear wheel liner was removed for the inspection. It was apparent that the liner was not removed. There were no hand nor glove prints on the liner and all the fasteners including the push pins were as dirty as prior to the alleged work. It looked like there was no inspection done. More

I had an apt at 8:45, was there by 8:30, left car there and was 1:30 when I texted to ask for an update. Wasnt even brought in yet. No communication!! Couldnt get a hold of anyone to talk to. So went back and was 1:30 when I texted to ask for an update. Wasnt even brought in yet. No communication!! Couldnt get a hold of anyone to talk to. So went back to dealership and at 3pm still didnt have car in yet, so I left with my vehicle. I will go somewhere else! Ive given this dealership too many chances. Excuse was they got backed up. But no one communicated that! Very poor experience. And it's sad since I purchased my Vehicle from McGrath in St Charles. More

They had a great selection of vehicles and we were able to complete the sale fairly quickly and easily. I already knew exactly what I wanted when I walked in the door (I came to this dealer because I knew to complete the sale fairly quickly and easily. That said, everyone who I came in contact with was professional and helpful. The only thing that I wasn't thrilled by is what I got on my trade-in, but I figure they marked it down to make up for discounts that they gave me elsewhere. It was a cash sale, so I didn't need to work with the finance department. I would do business with this dealership again in the future. More
