My service advisor was Monika Krysinska. She went above and beyond to provide excellent service. We had lost a set of keys to the car and she found them in the car, when it was in for serv She went above and beyond to provide excellent service. I hadn't requested a loaner, thinking the shuttle would take me home and pick me up, but she provided a loaner, as there had been a few cancellations. She provided excellent suggestions for service, ones that would help with fuel efficiency, so important in this environment of escalating gas prices. overall the experience was a positive one and Sheki was very professional and had great follow up for my questions before and after i purchased the car. I was however not very pleased that I was told I had to pay $750 for the theft deterrent system (chip) because it is your dealerships practice to install that in all used cars. I have insurance coverage to protect against theft of my car and so consumers should not be forced to pay for that type of option. More
