My service advisor was Monika Krysinska. She went above and beyond to provide excellent service. We had lost a set of keys to the car and she found them in the car, when it was in for serv She went above and beyond to provide excellent service. We had lost a set of keys to the car and she found them in the car, when it was in for service. I hadn't requested a loaner, thinking the shuttle would take me home and pick me up, but she provided a loaner, as there had been a few cancellations. She provided excellent suggestions for service, ones that would help with fuel efficiency, so important in this environment of escalating gas prices. I really appreciated her expertise AND her professionalism and warm friendliness. My experience with Monika, and McGrath, were first-rate. More

overall the experience was a positive one and Sheki was very professional and had great follow up for my questions before and after i purchased the car. I was however not very pleased that I was told I ha very professional and had great follow up for my questions before and after i purchased the car. I was however not very pleased that I was told I had to pay $750 for the theft deterrent system (chip) because it is your dealerships practice to install that in all used cars. I have insurance coverage to protect against theft of my car and so consumers should not be forced to pay for that type of option. More
