Ask for Al! !!! Everyone was super inviting from the start! Al welcomed us from outside and took his time to go over everything with us. We already had a vehi !!! Everyone was super inviting from the start! Al welcomed us from outside and took his time to go over everything with us. We already had a vehicle in mind and he took his time to go over things about the vehicle that we had never even considered! Incredibly polite and overall a genuine person! We didn't feel pressured at all or like we were getting a bad deal. He worked WITH us. All of the staff who was apart of our purchasing journey worked WITH us and not against us. This daership is an hour away from us, and we will for sure be returning and will do that drive 100 times over to work with Al and McGrath staff before we go to our local dealership down the street. Amazing service and hospitality. Couldn't have had a better experience and really couldn't have with a better salesperson. Thank you everyone at McGrath who was part of our buying journey and made it a pleasant experience. Appreciate you all! More

Still sad that there's no way to give 0 stars. Worst dealership ever. I'm still dealing with the fallout of the car I leased from them in 2019 where in they screwed up the paperwork so bad that I Worst dealership ever. I'm still dealing with the fallout of the car I leased from them in 2019 where in they screwed up the paperwork so bad that I had to get new license plates go back to the dealership fill out all new paperwork and the list was endless. Well clearly these idiots never corrected the titles so when I traded my car to another car company, avoiding Honda and McGrath as much as I can, I couldn't get my check because we're sitting here waiting two months for a new title because the title was wrong on my car. So I traded the car and bought a new car and now that dealership is stuck with the car they can't sell and I can't get my money from them because we are still waiting on the duplicate title. Completed idiots. Rude, and stupid. Anything that could go wrong with a car lease went wrong with me and they did nothing to fix it except tell me I could go somewhere else next time so I did. And I couldn't be happier with my new Hyundai! This dealership is a joke, this family is a joke, I honestly don't know how they make money in spite of themselves. I see lots and lots and lots of bad reviews on them so I'm not the only one who thinks they're just a s***** dealer. So I'll just sit around and wait for my title to get sent to Hyundai so they can sell the car and I can get my check. Really Honda thank you so much for just a really pleasurable experience in your s*** show of a dealership. Good riddance. More
