Al Hansana, although his sales pitch is a little aggressive, gave my father and I the best service he possibly could. This man for sure needs a raise for what he's done for my father and I. Didn't appreciate how other employees were handling our situation with the Type R. Definitely an interesting experience only owning it for about an hour. If anyone is getting a vehicle off this dealership, make sure you have all the information out on the table before taking one of their vehicles. If this dealership is going to send someone to grab the vehicle from your place to return it to the dealership. Make sure they know how to drive a manual gearbox so the customer purchasing it doesn't have to take it back to you guys because of a mistake your employee that was talking to us in the finance department made. This makes it super inconvenient to those have other things to do. This is obviously in the event that you look at all the numbers and don't like the purchase that you made which either seemed unfair or untruthful. In our case, the sticker price online was about $1,000.00 under and some other things in terms of price we couldn't negotiate on. To the person that gave my dad the 'paying only part of a TV and taking it home the same day is unheard of' analogy wasn't appreciated. Not our fault that you didn't inform your employees. More
