This is my 3rd new car purchase from McGrath Honda of Elgin since 2009. Lance was fantastic during this 3 month process. Very professional. We went to four Honda dealerships in one day. We should have started at Honda of Elgin. The other dealers either bullied us to buy add-ons that we didn’t want or they didn’t have any cars in thei We should have started at Honda of Elgin. The other dealers either bullied us to buy add-ons that we didn’t want or they didn’t have any cars in their inventory. At one location they ignored us altogether. When we arrived at Elgin Honda we knew the experience was going to be different. We didn’t have an appointment but they greeted us at the door with a handshake. They’re informative and discuss the options and packages but they’re not pushy or offensive. The finance department was also a good experience. Skip the aggravation and select Elgin Honda. More
