The service department is very poor. Why i can not get a call back i dont know.Both of my daughters have Hondas and good service that is why i went with a honda. What drew me to McGrath was the fact that unlike many other dealerships, they do not add on unwanted accessories or inventory related premiums to the price of the vehicle. Sheki was clear about the avail other dealerships, they do not add on unwanted accessories or inventory related premiums to the price of the vehicle. Sheki was clear about the availability of the vehicle when we first signed up and then called me promptly on the week of its production to inform me that the production was delayed by a week. The following week he called as soon as they received the VIN number. So they kept us informed through the period. Handover was smooth as well. More
