So he lets me know ahead of time what maintenance is coming due and what I should concentrate on first so that I can prepare ahead of time. Service advisor Monika was fabulous. She was thorough while explaining the service my car needed. I asked her about touch up painting (which I had not mentioned to any one else) ; we wal She was thorough while explaining the service my car needed. Oil change service was speedy and I was informed about needed fluid changes. In addition, I stopped in to have my tires checked a few weeks ago...staff was concerned and "patched" my tire.
