Every one was very respectful, courteous and very helpful. From the service staff, porter, shuttle crew and the cashiers. This has been an ongoing problem and brought the car in several times for the helpful. From the service staff, porter, shuttle crew and the cashiers. This has been an ongoing problem and brought the car in several times for the same problem. The technician Nick was great with going with me on a ride to find the problem. He with the help of the staff found the annoying rattle that would not produce when I dropped it off the times before. This time i was kept informed about the problem. The video that was sent was very informative as well. Keep up the great work!! More
