Going above and beyond! My experience at McGrath Honda was incredible. I had been shopping around in hopes of trading in my Nissan Versa for either a Civic or an HR-V. I My experience at McGrath Honda was incredible. I had been shopping around in hopes of trading in my Nissan Versa for either a Civic or an HR-V. I was taken care of by Tony Otero. He had previously sold 2 Civics to both my friend’s dad and her sister. They referred me to him, and I was more than willing to meet up with him. He was very friendly and helpful! I went in on a Saturday night to talk numbers with him. We looked at different cars and test drove 2 civics, and I fell in love. I told him what numbers I was working with, and after negotiating between me and the financing department to get me as close to the numbers I wanted to be at, we came to an agreement. Unfortunately, the banks had closed before we had a chance to get a final approval, so I had to come in the following Monday. Fortunately for me, I got a call in the afternoon saying that I had gotten the final part of our deal approved, and I went in that night to sign all of the paperwork. With help from both him and Enis Toska in financing, I was able to take home my brand new Honda Civic LX 2017! Overall, it was a great buying experience. I would definitely recommend going to Tony for a great deal. He was more than willing to work with me, and he upheld fantastic customer service. I am now a satisfied McGrath customer, and I will be returning to Tony with any purchases in the future. More

Robin, our sales associate, was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in and helped us to pinpoint the vehicle and features most important to us. Once we decided on the vehicle with the specific features Robin searched inventories find the perfect fit and found it! Carl, the sales manager, was great in helping facilitate the process of getting the car to the dealership. His tenacity and dedication to ensure delivery was outstanding. Robin again stepped in to obtain the vehicle and stayed in contact with us, answering any and all questions along the way. What a extraordinary touch! On delivery day we were introduced to Mark, the general manager. He was sure to congratulate us on our new purchase, and was very gracious and warm. Lee, the finance manager, also hit the ball out of the park. He made us feel comfortable during signing. Not easy to do. He spoke about warranties and options in a calm relaxed manor. He answered all our questions very professionally, helping us to understand our options and pick the best possible coverage for our new vehicle. Robin again stepped in to help us understand how to use our new vehicle with all the options we chose. We decided on the full road sensing package. He paired our phones and helped to go over any other questions we had. It was an wonderful final touch. I was sure to use the names of all employees engrossed in our sale as I feel it is important to give credit where credit it due. All involved from the moment we walked in, to the second we drove off were exceptional and played an integral part in making us feel comfortable, relaxed, and valued in our car buying process. More
