Horrible service went in for oil change @ 10:25 left at 1: 50 WHY???? I was told it would be 2 hours ( also to long for a simple oil change) but o.k. I took my SUV in for a 60,000 mile service maintenance. I had 7:15am appointment, that was suppose to be approximately 2hrs. I expe cted it to be around 3hrs. Instead it took over 5hrs. In October 2021 I was had 7:15am appointment, that was suppose to be approximately 2hrs. I expe cted it to be around 3hrs. Instead it took over 5hrs. In October 2021 I was told the sevice would be $200+. After I signed in I was told it would be $500 without tax. I get in my car to drive home and had to immediately turn around and go back to the dealership because my check engine light was on and my car was missing like it was going to cut off. The service guy took my car back to the tech and came back and told me that this was normal. The fluids they use has to work it's way through the system. By the time I get home (1hr), all should be right. Well the problem existed all the way home and 2hrs later. I drove my SUV to the dealership in perfect condition, for them only to return it to me in bad condition. The whole day at McGrath Hyundai was the worst I have ever experienced as a vehicle. I'm prepared to take whatever steps necessary to make sure my vehicle is put back into perfect condition, as it was before they serviced it. After today, I will never purchase another Hyundai vehicle. Their quality of service continues to deteriorate. More
