Avoid McGrath City Hyundai Service Center at all costs. This was, without a doubt, the worst service experience I have ever had. My car was kept here for seven days for a warranty repair. At 12:50 PM, I received an official text message stating that my vehicle was ready for pickup. When I arrived, however, my car was not ready. Instead of apologizing, the service advisor was extremely rude, aggressive, and even yelled at me, saying, "Anyone could have sent that message. I didn't send it." They refused to take responsibility for the notification sent by their own service department. To make matters worse, they initially refused to release my vehicle, claiming it was at a different facility. I was forced to wait for hours and had to pay for three separate Uber/taxi rides out of my own pocket because of their poor communication and misinformation. The staff's behavior was intimidating and completely unprofessional. When I asked to speak with a service manager or supervisor, my request was flatly denied. This service center is disorganized, unprofessional, and untrustworthy. I would strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere for any repairs or maintenance. More

DO NOT trust their service department. I do not trust my safety in my car with their care. Avoid this dealership. More

This place you want to stay away from, my sales man was Mohamid Ali and he’s just as bad as everyone there. For one they took forever to pay off my trade in, two they sold me a bunch of non existent coverage for companies that no longer exist so any service I need now I have to pay for, and third there service depart is the worst ever, they damage, scratch your vehicle while working on it. And this month I took it for service , they returned the truck with no radiator cap, who does that and what kind of crack head mechanics do you guys have! Please save your selves a bunch of trouble and buy and have your vehicle serviced some where else. All these idiots care about is stealing your money! More
