UPDATE (also posted on google): There's ALWAYS a problem with the service here. They have you wait until they're good and ready to even greet you. You're waiting by your car like an idiot as you watch the w with the service here. They have you wait until they're good and ready to even greet you. Then there's always something wrong with getting a *simple* service done. Want a car wash? Tough luck, everything is broken. Want an oil change? It's a three hour wait with no empathy in sight. Made an appointment online? What appointment? It's first come first serve without a heads up until you realize you have to break your schedule when you get there. Above all else, it's the crude, unmannered attitude in the air that everybody's sniffing. Just don't bother unless you have patience of steel. And don't leave any "sorry about this" reply because if you know better, you would do better. And you do know the service is crap. More

5 stars for Marcus Lozano and the team at McGrath City Honda! I recently had to replace my car from a car accident and I was in the unenviable position to have to do it ASAP. I knew I wanted to shop at Mc Honda! I recently had to replace my car from a car accident and I was in the unenviable position to have to do it ASAP. I knew I wanted to shop at McGrath City Honda as I had purchased our two Hondas from there (2009 and 2016). I found my dream car on their website newly listed (2019 Honda Fit with 14K miles) and I was able to schedule a test drive the very next evening. Marcus was patient and very knowledgeable about what we needed. He allowed my husband and I to test drive the vehicle separately because we had our little guy with us. All paperwork and pricing was very fair and clear. The finance department stayed late and so did Marcus just to make sure we were able to close on the deal and drive our new-to-us car home. This is the only place I would shop for a Honda. Thank you Marcus and McGrath City Honda! We are customers for life. More
