The experience at McGrath was was beyond our expectations. My partner and I went into look at what type of financing we could be offered, having had a horrible experience at other dealerships. We walked out a few hours later with a brand new vehicle and a great interest rate. I need to commend Marcus Lozano for his commitment to help us get the best rate possible. He is by far one of the best dealership sales person I've dealt with. We were treated like family from the start and will definitely come back in the next few months to upgrade our second car. You said you did the car in 3 hours, you charged me $1000 and you did nothing. Do not use this service because the service manager is a total liar and ripping people off. When I got there, I showed the lights and you said it will be ok after the amount I paid. Service workers broke my working front camera and took $1000. You did not do justice to the money I paid. Ive been customer for many years. My last visit was about 3 month ago and I have a claim for a part to be fixed on my vehicle and till this day nothing has been done.
