Never will go here again! I bought a 2010 Malibu a little over a month ago and have had to bring it in to get serviced twice now. The second time I brought it in he told me to I bought a 2010 Malibu a little over a month ago and have had to bring it in to get serviced twice now. The second time I brought it in he told me to deal with the problem.! I said no you are fixing this today! They rotated my tires and they are so bald they squeal every time I make a turn. My mom co signed for us and they put the plates in her name in a whole other county and are refusing to make this right.! The guy I spoke with on the phone was completely rude and unhelpful. So now I'm going to have to contact the DOT like the Marion police department advised me too. Never again will I go to this dealership. Forget their "big name". I'll go somewhere where I'm treated with respect and not screwed over.! More
