Tim Barnes was a great sales person. He is very personable, a great listener and has a low-pressure sales approach. We went in to Rte. 2 Hyundai thinking we were in the market for a small SUV - but we also wanted a vehicle that had some style and performance. Tim showed us the Tucson (at our request), which was nice, but not too exciting. He then introduced us to the Sonata turbo (after listening to us talk about "performance" on our Tucson test drive) and we took it for a test drive. WOW! Who knew a 4-cylinder that gets 35 mpg could be so fun to drive? We know that Hyundais are great cars with great warranties - but for us, customer service is key to closing a deal. Tim made the experience easy, stress free and fun. We would definitely recommend Rte. 2 Hyundai and Tim Barnes to anyone! More

All the staff we met were very down to earth and at no time were we ever pushed to make a purchase. When we did find somthing we liked Rt.2 Hundai again came through with a great selection of features and colors on the car we chose. When numbers were given Jermaine listened to our needs and where we needed to be on price and it was a smooth painless deal. Jermaine went out to the car with us and carefully described every option and button on the dash in detail making sure we knew what all the benifits of this new car could bring us. This was my first new car experience, and after hearing so many tales, I expected this to go rather badly. Josh Hamel greeted my wife and I almost immediately upon our arrival. I told him that I was interested in the Sonata, and he pointed out that the Elantra was very popular as well. I test drove both cars, and agreed with his assessment of the Elantra. No figures were discussed, and we never sat to talk a "deal" when I informed him that I was still looking around. We excused ourselves, and Josh made no attempt to stop us. We drove down the road a bit abd discussed how much I really was impresseed with the car and Josh, returning 1/2 hour later. Sitting down with Josh, I felt no pressure whatsoever. When he came back with the first set of numbers, I will admit that I was not happy. He immediately went back and found numbers which were much more to my liking. After makeing a small deposit, I scheduled a return appointment 2 days later to take delivery. Upon my return, I still expected the other shoe to drop and sudden additional charges or other hidden disappointments. Happily, nothing could have been further from the truth. Even when I closed the deal with the finance guy, the addition warranty options were very clear, and once again no pressure. I have told all of my friends and family what a great experience this was.
