This was my first new car experience, and after hearing so many tales, I expected this to go rather badly. Josh Hamel greeted my wife and I almost immediately upon our arrival. I told him that I was interested in the Sonata, and he pointed out that the Elantra was very popular as well. I test drove both cars, and agreed with his assessment of the Elantra. No figures were discussed, and we never sat to talk a "deal" when I informed him that I was still looking around. We excused ourselves, and Josh made no attempt to stop us. We drove down the road a bit abd discussed how much I really was impresseed with the car and Josh, returning 1/2 hour later. Sitting down with Josh, I felt no pressure whatsoever. When he came back with the first set of numbers, I will admit that I was not happy. He immediately went back and found numbers which were much more to my liking. After makeing a small deposit, I scheduled a return appointment 2 days later to take delivery. Upon my return, I still expected the other shoe to drop and sudden additional charges or other hidden disappointments. Happily, nothing could have been further from the truth. Even when I closed the deal with the finance guy, the addition warranty options were very clear, and once again no pressure. I have told all of my friends and family what a great experience this was. So, I dropped by Rte.2 Hyundai to check out the Elantra Touring to help me make up my mind about which car, new or used, to purchase. I had already been to an area Mazda dealership and test driven the car I thought I wanted. Then I ran into a dynamo by the name of Johnny C.! Keep in mind, I have never before bought a new car and never dealt with a dealership in purchasing any cars over my 66 years. The long and short of it is that Johnny C. listened and worked with me to allow me to lease a new Sonata. His boundless energy and willingness to deal made my one and only experience with car dealers and salesmen a very positive one. The entire dealership, from the sales people to the service managers, to Kevin in finance, just did a wonderful job and really seems to enjoy working there. The car was ready and waiting on time and ready to go. Johnny took the time to go over the operation of all the options on the car. This was very helpful. I would unequivocally recommend Johnny C. and the entire team at Rte. 2 Hyundai. If you are looking for a car this is the place to go! More

I went in looking for a used sonata and after Josh showed me my options, I decided to explore the idea of getting a new Sonata. This is the second hyundai that I purchased from Josh and I have been extermely happy with the service and performance of these cars. Also there was no pressure to purchase the car on the day I went in. They told me their offer would stlii stand as long as they had the car on the lot. I love Rte 2 Hyundai!! More
Johnny C. Was extremely helpful. He was patient and answered all of our questions and then some! Purchasing this car was truly a positive experience from begining to end which is unusual now a days! We had been to a couple of other area dealerships to purchase a car and were not impressed with our experience to say in the least.I love the fact that Johnny C was proffesional and did not use crazy tactics to get us to buy a car. When friends and family need a car I would recomend buying a car from route 2 hyundai and to see Johnny C.! More

What sets Rt 2 apart from other dealerships is the upfront way they deal with the customer, when I looked at the sales slip there were no hidden fees or surprises...Nice job Rt2 and cudo's to Brian & Peter for making this the easiest car buying experience in my 30+ years of buying cars. Jason met me outside the dealership listen to my needs and then started to show me what the dealership could do to meet my needs. After a few moments we went out in the yard and he showed me a couple examples of what I was asking for. We agreed to take the SUV that we ended up purchasing for a test drive. Jason was great through the whole process. This will be our 4 Hyundai and our 3rd Santa Fe. We were one of the first people in New England to purchase the Santa Fe in 2001. We purchased a 2003 and sold the 2001. We still own the 2003 and now we also own a 2007. Thanks RTE 2 Hyundai, and Jason Glenn. More

I had a very good experience until I left the dealership. It took my sales rep 2 weeks to mail the registration. I emailed and called and finally got a hold of him days later and then it was sent. The car was brand new but missing a valve stem cover on the tire. I know it sounds like a little thing but on a brand new car I think it should be included. I asked Zack to mail me one as I live out of the way and it is hard for me to go the dealership to pick it up. He said he would mail one but never did. That was weeks ago. I am very disappointed with my experience although I love the car. More
