This is my second car purchased from Route 2 and my experience has always been positive. I had received a flyer in the mail for Rt 2 Hyundai and I called and spoke with Samantha. If she hadn't been so friendly and professional I wouldn't have even bothered coming in- it was a long drive from whe called and spoke with Samantha. Ashley has to be one of the best salepeople there. She greeted us warmly and was friendly and professional on the test drive. She also knew a lot about the car, and though I had told her Rt 2 was the first place we looked at and I wasn't set on buying a car that day..she wasn't pushy and obnoxious like most salepeople, and we drove our car home that day. I'm glad she has the guts to work in a male dominated field and she does more than hold her own..Also the fact that she has a horse and I love horses helped make the sale... Kevin was also friendly and professional. Moat car finance people can be kind of jerks and not want to explain the finance details, just get the papers signed and you out of the office as quickly as possible. He explained everything, answered my questions, and even offered to drop off the registration since he goes through my town since he knew we had come from a few towns away. With all that said, most car dealerships put in that extra effort to get you in and the car sold. What matters is what happens after that- one week, one month, even years from now. Aubrey called me to ask how the car was, followed up on the registration and making sure I received it. I had a really good experience, and I'm sure should anything come up months or years from now, I will be taken care of. More
