The Service Department is what makes McCurley Chevrolet the RIGHT Place to Go. If the sales personnel conducted themselves as does Jare or Nathan, McCurley would be ahead of any competition. On a very recent occasion the Service Department recommended that I not drive my truck till the new part was in. That was a 5 day delay without my truck. However for my safety and good of my truck, this was absolutely the RIGHT THING TO DO. On the day for delivery, I was updated every two hours. Who does that any more ! McCurley does! More

Service Department is awful! My truck was taken to McCurley Chevrolet to repair the heated seat, passenger side. It took 3 different visits to the service department to actually g My truck was taken to McCurley Chevrolet to repair the heated seat, passenger side. It took 3 different visits to the service department to actually get the seat fixed. As I understand it, the service department would test the hardware that controlled the heater and because it checked out okay they did not actually test/replace the heating unit until the last visit. The service coordinators that handled the paperwork and communicated with me, could not explain why the repair was not completed or what was delaying the return of my truck. I finally had to deal directly with the service manger to get the seat fixed. The last service coordinator I worked with needs additional training on how to deal with a customer and answer questions accurately. More

You want to buy a car McCurley is the STAR! I ordered a new Avalanche LTZ in 2008 and thought the experience was great. Then i bought a new 2014 Impala LTZ and was again super happy. Now I just I ordered a new Avalanche LTZ in 2008 and thought the experience was great. Then i bought a new 2014 Impala LTZ and was again super happy. Now I just bought a new 2017 High Country, High Desert Silverado and found the whole team were way beyond expectations. I could not be happier with the truck or the staff at McCurley's.
