HORRIBLE SERVICE AND NO INTEGRITY Took my daughter 2013 Sonic in for a simple oil change. When we picked up the car there was a CHECK ENGINE light on but because it was too late the b Took my daughter 2013 Sonic in for a simple oil change. When we picked up the car there was a CHECK ENGINE light on but because it was too late the business had closed. We took it back the next day, they diagnosed it as a failed PCV that was located in the valve cover. They changed the valve cover. We picked it up and took it home. When my daughter pulled into your garage, she notice a blue smoke coming from the engine compartment. When she opened the hood, there was oil all over the engine compartment. She returned the car a third time to the service department. They diagnosed this issue as a faulty oil filler cap. When I called to see what they were going to do to compensate for the lost time and inconvenience of their poor service, they stated that, "None of these things are our fault. We are not offering anything" I issued a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and before the day was up, we had a refund. Where is the INTEGRITY in your dealership? More
Purchase of a new Corvette We recently purchased a new Corvette through McCurley Chevrolet. Rafael Torres and Matt Price were awesome and made this transaction smooth as glass. We were treated with respect and were treated better than at anytime of our years of purchasing vehicles. First experience with the service department was horrible! After buying a Chevy Traverse 3 months ago, it was time for our first service. We were told by the salesman at the time of purchase that the first two After buying a Chevy Traverse 3 months ago, it was time for our first service. We were told by the salesman at the time of purchase that the first two oil changes were included in the purchase. When we set up the service we were told that was not the case. We went ahead with the service appointment anyway, and explained when the car was dropped off that we had two have it back in two hours to leave town and that if there was not enough time to complete the recall replacement of the OnStar mic to just complete the oil change. When my wife returned for the vehicle, the assistant service manager told her the replacement was not complete and even though the instructions were on the work order she did not speak with him about it when it was dropped off. She had to leave it for an additional 2 hours and rent a vehicle for the trip out of town. Based on how he spoke with her I will not ever use this dealership again for service and will not purchase another vehicle from any McCurly dealership. Honesty and basic Courtesy are more than just slogans for your commercials and I am sure that I will not have my wife treated the way she was over this appointment ever again. Maybe the service assistant manager should turn around from his desk and read the poster behind him about the 72 minute service appointment. Drew More

On a very recent occasion the Service Department recommended that I not drive my truck till the new part was in. That was a 5 day delay without my truck. However for my safety and good of my truck, this was absolutely the RIGHT THING TO DO. On the day for delivery, I was updated every two hours. Who does that any more ! McCurley does! More
