Took my Cadillac XT4 to McCurley to replace a transmission sensor. They had my car for 18 days. When it was delivered to me it was absolutely filthy inside! One panel was completely broke, drivers leather seat was sliced and scuffed. Drivers door panel was all scratched up and marks everywhere. The carpet and surrounding areas filthy, scuffed up and scratched. Speaker cover was smeared with a substance. White scratch mark on the exterior of door. Stay away from this dealership! More
I've called this place numerous times over the last month to fix my vehicle that's under warranty. I get an answer from directory and once transferred to service I never get an answer. What does “CPO” mean…certified pre-owned! About a month ago I bought a 2019 certified pre owned from this company. Before starting my rant the sales guy Jesus and the sales manager were great About a month ago I bought a 2019 certified pre owned from this company. Before starting my rant the sales guy Jesus and the sales manager were great! Now let’s talk about the “Mccurley experience”…lol! I traded in a truck in which I should have kept! Nothing wrong with it but miles were getting higher and thought let’s get something with a lot less miles and a warranty just in case. Bought the truck of color and interior optiins of my preference. 2 weeks and 71 miles later the transmission starting slipping. I return to service dept(what a joke) to inform them that something may need to be done before transmission goes out completely! The response I got…”dude if it breaks we’ll fix it”. Are you serious? Flush the transmission and most problems should be rectified. Answer: well if you wanna pay it! Truck has 53k miles and recommended maintenance on transmission is 60k….so no service will be done via mccurley service dept! Although they were kind enough to check the fluid(due to a sealed case) and informed me it’s dark and burnt. Soooo, they then offered for me to pay $700 for them to service the transmission even though this is (laughing) certified pre owned! I’ve had to replace the brakes, ball joints and soon will be paying 360 automotive $250 to flush my transmission to try to fix the issue. Dont get scammed like I did! You can find the same quality and the same response via ANY car lot in tri cities! As far as the story I kept being told about how much the mccurleys do for the community…lol….come on! Bill and Debbie Roberson gives to the community! JP and Katie Moore(speck dealership) gives to the community and takes care of their customers from the beginning to the end! So my lesson was learned…shame on me for falling for this nonsense! Vehicle purchase number 24 and by far the worst decision I’ve made. Word of advice; 1) don’t fall for the xx extended warranty they tell you about in finance….buy it direct from the bank 2) any maintenance needed don’t waste your time here…..best luck to all buyers out there! I see many have had great reviews and of that I’m jealous…. More
The work they do is fine but don’t expect them to adhere to the schedule you set with them or treat you in a respectful manner. Liars and cheats at McCurley Chevrolet in Pasco, especially Kevon Bailas. Placed an order for a Tahoe in Oct. 2021. Kevon neglected to tell me that the 2022 models came with a 6.2L, so I requested h especially Kevon Bailas. Placed an order for a Tahoe in Oct. 2021. Kevon neglected to tell me that the 2022 models came with a 6.2L, so I requested he update my order for that engine in Dec. 2021. After a long wait for my family, my order was finally accepted in May 2022. Come to find out, my order did not have the 6.2L. Kevon told me the order got “reverted” back to the 5.3L since all 6.2L engines stopped production. After calling numerous other dealerships, I found out this was not the case and Kevon was hustling me, so I yet again requested he change my order to the engine I wanted. Several weeks later, I discovered my Tahoe had been built and was being shipped to McCurley. I called the ordering manager, James, to ask him what the deal was. He indicated that it was built with the 5.3L and there were never any requests to update the engine. He confronted Kevon and Kevon blatantly lied to him, stating that I never asked him to change the engine and my conversations with him never happened. Beware of this dealership and their employees. Remember the name Kevon Bailas and try not to get hustled like I did. I am lucky I was able to place an order with Dave Smith and will be getting a 6.2L Tahoe in 3-6 months. More
We got our GMC Yukon at McCurley and was assisted with the process by the sales rep Jairo. Jairo made sure the process went smooth and super fast which as a contractor i can appreciate very much. i recom the process by the sales rep Jairo. Our car salesmen was Jairo Camacho and our financial helper was Jordan, I loved the vibe the personality just a great person and salesmen and financial person , I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them and mccurl helper was Jordan, I loved the vibe the personality just a great person and salesmen and financial person , I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them and mccurley, he was real patient with us not pushy worked with us with everything until I found the one I loved, We asked a lot of questions and he answered each and every one of them, we left with a 2017 Jeep Cherokee ❤️❤️ Yay Thanks again Jairo and Jordan for making this possible for us 😁❤️ More
Don't buy from these guys. They sold me a truck with the additional maintenance and extended warranty. Two days later the check engine light comes on. They tell me it was just an old code that never got cleared and they would clear it for me. 2 weeks later it came back on and things started to shut down. Remote start no longer works, trailer brakes need servicing, navigation display frozen and unresponsive to touch. Received a message from OnStar that I needed to get truck in for service within 7 days as they detected engine/transmission failure. Brought it back in because I has been on their repair schedule for 2 weeks and they still couldn't get me in for 2 more weeks. They checked it and said a glow plug was bad and they would get one ordered so they could change on my service day. Service day came and went and they didn't even look at my truck. I have been having to get rides to and from work. I had to call them for an update, and they told me they don't know what is wrong with my truck. My husband went in the next day and they still hadn't looked at my truck. Now they are telling me it is definitely the glow plug and it is not covered, however, it was a covered repair 2 weeks ago.
