The salesman Dennis was amazing! Very personable but yet not pushy. I kind of gave them a hard time with the sale and they pulled through! I will definitely continue to do business with them in the future! not pushy. I kind of gave them a hard time with the sale and they pulled through! Finally got it in to be fixed, the worker went through my console, throwing it around in my truck. Didnt put the console back together, NOT GOING BACK. This place is a joke. I want my money back for the part and service (?). I love my Colorado. Now I'm afraid of it. They are a disgrace and a black cloud on Chevrolet dealerships. They deserve a minus 100. More

The GSM , Lets his name is Landon Schmurguson.. wanted to buy my car from me... I told him that he needed to buy it just like anyone else... Cash up-front and at my house. He sent his finance guy to pick up buy my car from me... I told him that he needed to buy it just like anyone else... Cash up-front and at my house. He sent his finance guy to pick up the car... But didn't tell him to write a check (yes, xx games) ..against my better judgement, i let it go. As soon as i called landon.. he said " I'll get it for you first thing in the morning when my accounting department is in and bring you the check/paperwork, I'll get it squared away sir. Sounds like we did a poor job of explaining the process. I'll get it handled for you and just make it easy. "... But that never happened... A week later and i still don't have any money. Im so angry and embarrassed that i let these people do this. "Integrity" is an absolute farce. DO NOT deal with these people...they are liars. More

BEWARE OF WHAT THEY CALL THEIR "MINI DETAIL" SERVICE! I'm very disappointed to be having to add this review because I had gone in a few times before for a basic oil change/tire rotation and h SERVICE! I'm very disappointed to be having to add this review because I had gone in a few times before for a basic oil change/tire rotation and had a pretty good experience, but after this last visit, I feel compelled to warn people about their "mini detail" service. I made an appointment a couple of weeks back for an oil change and basic maintenance. My car was not filthy by any means, but I figured that I'd ask about detailing so that I'd know what the options were. It needed a good wash and vacuuming, so I figured I would see if there was something they offered that encompassed that. Oh man, what a HUGE mistake that was. I made the appointment for the oil change, and then asked the girl I was on the phone with about detailing. She said that she was the person in charge of detailing, so that I got the right person on the phone. She then explained to me that they had a "mini detailing" service which consisted of washing the car well, and wiping and vacuuming the interior, etc. I thought this would be great. The price was $65 which seemed high for my small 2018 Chevy Cruze, but I figured what the heck? I'll enjoy a nice premium cleaned car once it's done, and decided to book the "mini detailing" and splurge on it. My car definitely didn't need the $200 full detailing, but I assumed that for $65, it would be a semi-premium cleaning service. I was wrong. On the phone, she said, I had to come in at 8:00 am for the detailing which was inconvenient, but I thought I'd get out earlier and be able to get back to work. I was very wrong about that as well. I showed up this morning at 8 to turn over my keys, and was shocked when he said that the oil change would take an hour and that the detailing would make it so that the car wasn't ready until this afternoon at 1 pm. What?! I thought. Why does it take 5 hours to do an oil change and "mini detail"? No one warned me it would take that long, and I was not prepared. No courtesy car was offered, so I was basically forced up to their waiting room to go sit there for 5 hours. If I was smarter, I would have canceled the "mini detailing" then and there, but alas, I just swallowed my discontent and went up to begin the long wait time in their waiting room. 4 hours come and go as I twiddle my thumbs and attempt to work, and then I called down to the service center at around 12 pm to get a status update. The man on the phone said he'd check in and call me back. Another hour passes and it's almost 1 pm now, and no one called me back. It's the time I was told it would be ready now. I head down to the service center so that they couldn't just brush me off as they did on the phone, and check-in with the man at the desk who called whoever was doing the detailing to see where it was at. They seemed to rush him off the phone to take another call, but he expressed to them that I had been waiting for 5 hours, and to bring it over if they could. He then hangs up and directs me to go pay my bill before the car gets brought over so I could get out of there when it's ready. I go and pay $174.17 for the service as a whole including the $65 charge for the mini detailing. Finally at about 1:15 after waiting unexpectedly for 5+ hours, they pull my Cruze around and hand over the key. I headed over to my car desperately ready to leave that place, and notice that it was still wet and still had some bug residue on the front grill. If they had just washed it, what had they been doing for the other 4 and a half hours they made me wait? I shook the disappointment off that the residue had been left on the grill and checked the interior which looked alright. Maybe not what I would expect for $65, but it was cleaned pretty well, and I just wanted to leave so was happy and content. The cherry on top, however, was when I got home and opened my trunk to find that they hadn't touched it at all and didn't vacuum or do anything to it. I was defeated and furious at this point, ready to cry in frustration! I thought maybe they had missed the trunk, so I took some time to cool down and called the service department at 4:26 to ask about the "mini detailing" and if it didn't include the trunk. Sure enough, the man I got on the phone this time told me that no, the trunk was not included in the "mini detailing" service. NO ONE HAD TOLD ME THIS PRIOR TO ME HAVING TO CALL AND EXPLICITLY ASK. My car is a tiny Cruze, and they couldn't even be bothered to vacuum the trunk for $65? It wasn't even that dirty. It just had some crumbs and tiny pieces of debris in it. What I'm most disappointed in is the lack of communication. No one told me it would take 5 and a half hours for the detailing service on my small car, and more infuriatingly, no one told me that the trunk was not included in the service until after they took my money. I don't use this phrase lightly, but I honestly felt genuinely ripped off (perhaps surprisingly) for the first time ever at a mechanic after driving for 15 years. More
Steven Phillips, the salesman was very personable and easy to talk to. No pushy sales pitch, he came at me with a good deal right out the gate.
