You didnt call me back. I waited . You lie, you dont follow through, and I want the money back for the service I was denied. My truck was a mess when I picked it up. Your worker threw my belongings around my truck, he didnt do the work. My console was not put together. Its a part, but i will figure it out. My shifter lite doesnt work anymore, I cant believe anyone can be that irresponsible. Glad I didnt leave it there over night. Ive been a Chevy owner for over 50 years, starting with a 52 chev truck. I own 2 silverados and the colorado now. My family has worked for Chevy for a long time. Im taking this to corporate

Since im a "Preferred customer, im sure you have my information. Im fixing my vehicle myself. My vehicle was treated with little to no respect and to pay for service that was very badly given, im not interested. It has taken you since november 22nd to do anything. I will not take my vehicle to you again. I am sending notice to corporate about you. Ive been a long time chevy owner.

On nov 12th, i brought my 2016 chevy colorado in for a locking transmission problem where i was locked in my truck more than once. Leaving, it sort of shorted out and then went. I found i had no light for my shifter. Also, things in my console were all out of the console and strewn all over the truck. When i found the tool in the front seat i should have known my truck was not ready. Then going home, it sounded like parts were coming out. Going over a speed bump, the back part of the console fell off shorting out the truck. When i said i would wait for my truck UNTIL IT WAS FINISHED, THATS WHAT I MEANT. i wont come back. First time, you were more concerned about a dash message, when i have had my steering wheel lock itself, not being able to shut the vehicle down and remove my key. Twice i have been locked in that vehicle. That is my truck. I rely on it every day. I have never had that much trouble with any chevy i owned. If you cant fix it...DONT. NOT CALLING ME BACK, when i cant get the console together and things are shorting out, isnt the way i would handle things if i were still in business. There are important wires in the back of the console. I want my service money back. The part was needed but im not sure that it was even put in right. Also, there was NO ROCK CHIP and it didnt respond like one, when driving out of your establishment and noticing it was broken. I called Joe, and told him it was broken and he told me to take it somewhere. Yes, right. Im just a woman. I didn't get this old not knowing how to take care of a vehicle. I've driven farm trucks, commercial rigs, and retired as a school bus driver. This is not my first rodeo, but it will be my last with irresponsible mechanics and businesses that don't do their job.
