He was very patient with us walking back and forth between vehicles in the cold weather. Once we got back inside he gave us a booklet on the vehicle we were interested in. He was never pushy for us to settle and buy right that moment. He encouraged us to talk it over and look at the brochure to make sure we got the type of vehicle we wanted. We returned the next day to buy the vehicle & again he treated us great. The entire buying process/ negotiation with him went very smoothly.
