Sales manager nothing but lies. Promises in texts never kept. Stated my Mercedes was getting fixed at Mercedes of Selma, TX to find out a week later it was a lie. Week passes and I find out my car was never worked on or fixed of the A/C issues the car came with when bought. Sales manager now not willing to keep his promises and backing out to save the company a few hundred dollars and not willing to make it right as stated in texts. He even went as far as lying stating that Mercedes of Selma was needing a part for the A/C. My car never made it to the Mercedes dealership. Once I caught them lying Sales manager backed out of making it right. Shady customer service by Red McCombs Ford West. Beware. More
