Christina, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you didn't have a perfect experience. Upon reviewing your file, I see that Louis did reach out to you with the Outlaw number four days after your purchase. Normally, we do that kind of thing here at the dealership. The delay in his response was due to the Accessories Manager being out for personal reasons. Upon his return, he informed Louis that it would have to be done at our Outlaw location. Of course, if we had known that, we could have just told you that in the first place. We apologize for the delay in that information. We don't think Matt would ever try to intentionally obfuscate in the finance office, but if there was some confusion, we apologize for that as well. You can probably tell by our other reviews that this is not the normal outcome. We take "Driven to Serve" to heart. We hope we get another shot in the future to do better.
