I was in the market for a new minivan and was wowed by the Traverse. I visited McCluskey Chevrolet in Cincinnati where I was promptly greeted by Bay. He introduced me to Walt and Paul then I took the Traverse out for a drive. It was everything and more than my wife and I were looking for in a family vehicle. It was not "my Dad's old Chevy", but an extremely well built, snazzy crossover. My wife and I were extremely impressed by the professional sales team that answered our questions then went to work immediately to locate the exact Traverse that Leslie wanted. They located it at another store and had it ready for us the following day at our price. I must say in all my years of automobile purchases I never had such a positive, professional experience. It did not end there as Karl and his staff in the service department have been top notch. After driving our Traverse LTZ for six weeks I traded in my other car on a 2010 Equinox! Recently, I called McCluskey to see if they could get a Dodge Dakota with all the trimmings for me. Within a very short time, they called and said they had just what I wanted. I decided to buy it and Bay led me through the purchasing process in a very professional manner. I had inquired about pricing with other dealers, but McCluskey beat them all. This truck only had 16000 miles on it too!I did not feel any pressure to purchase the extras, like undercoating and outer sealant, but I chose them anyway. I am extremely pleased with all of my dealings with McCluskey. After a few weeks, the left rear tire had a slow leak. I took it in and Bay had it repaired immediately. However, it continued to leak and I brought it baCK IN. wITH NO HESITATION, Bay ordered two new tires to be installed free of charge! Again, I continue to feel like a VIP. I will definitely recommend McCluskey to all of my friends. More

Also, he asked Walt to email me a pricing analysis. On the date of delivery of the Equinox, it was Bay's day off. However, he met me when I arrived to ensure it was prepared and full of fuel. Then, he spent more time reviewing the On-Star, Bluetooth, and how to check fluids. As I was at the dealership several times, I could see the associates working with other customers. I always observed helpful attitudes and overall happiness in their transactions. I could sense a difference at the company. There was lots of action, but there seemed to an attitude that each customer was important. I think the employees have pride in their jobs. More
